Introduction to Structural ReAlignment Integration (SRI)

Ginny Nadler has been in the world of health and wellness education for over forty years focusing on body alignment, especially the workings of the muscles and bones. Through her work she discovered the source of imbalance in her own body, years after practicing and teaching yoga, then developed a unique and grounded approach to bringing the body into balance called Structural ReAlignment Integration ™ (SRI).

Structural ReAlignment Integration (SRI) brings the body into balance to ultimately gain freedom of movement, relieve pain, and prevent injuries – a body so free.

Benefits of Structural ReAlignment Integration ™ (SRI):

Beginning with the ability to stand on our own two legs and be fully supported by the structure of the body, bringing the body into balance, the benefits of SRI include:

  • creating space to improve structural performance and eliminate painful patterns of movement and negative thinking;
  • informing the nervous system with new perceptions of spatial awareness and balance allowing the body to move freely without pain caused by the tension and pressure created by long term structural misalignment; and
  • increasing the flow of energy from the power source of the pelvic floor to nourish and renew our heart, liver, and all other organs.
